Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro or Demon Detective Brain Eater Neuro is a completed 202 chapters with an average of 30 pages per chapter. It is not your normal detective shounen as it involves supernatural ability and mystery beyond norms. It has a great plot story and character development.  As well as the riddles/cases are very well written. That you cannot expect it. No boring moments. A 10/10 to me.

  1. Oh wow. It’s very rare to encounter someone posting about this anime here. You’re only the 3rd one that I read who wrote about this. I watched this during my early teens. Enjoyable. Not the best, but it has a special place in my heart.

Thank you. I recently found this anime when I was watching Assassination Classroom. I got curious and the rest is history. Hihihi, definitely not the best but I’m really into this kind of genre that is why I absolutely love it. I’m also glad that many other people like this one because I think this is really underrated. I also think the anime version is just okay. It is so different that I just watch up to ep. 12 because it’s not really good for someone who already read the manga.

      • It is underrated, and not that many know about it. It’s good and entertaining. I only watched the anime, though. I have not read the manga. And you’re welcome. Keep on watching anime and blogging. Cheers!
